Building Reports in Notebook

Notebook Interface

The Notebook interface is split into two primary panes for maximum productivity and collaboration.

Left Pane: Building and Editing

• Purpose:

  • Construct and edit the notebook’s content using a rich-text editor.

• Features:

  • Text Formatting Tools: Add headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, and media (images, videos, etc.).

  • Content Blocks: Insert and organize elements to create a structured storyline.

Right Pane: Collaboration

• Purpose:

  • Provides options to interact with datasources and assistants for data integration.

• Features:

  • Datasource and Assistant Selection:

    • Click on "Datasource" or "Assistant" to view a list of available options.

    • Select the appropriate datasource or assistant to query your requirement.

  • Query and Add Results:

    • Perform queries directly in the right pane.

    • Use the "Add" button on query results (e.g., dataframes or graphs) to seamlessly insert outputs into the left pane.
